Dedicate a day or a few hours a week to completely unwinding. I do all the cliched stuff - go for a massage, a hot bath with candles, have a good cry, exercise (even basic stretching), meditate, take the phone off the hook, go for a walk, close your eyes listen to relaxing music, deep breathing, go somewhere in the country where its quiet and sit alone thininking or reading.....list is endless!
Excercise is the best remedy
