Your problem is not a bed breath, hep b or your kidneys. Huge number of people have these, or other conditions, yet there aren't depressed.
Your real problem is your mental state and the way you form the picture of yourself in your mind. Someone might have told/teased you about the bed breath when you were in the puberty age...the most sensitive age of human beings when and that insignificant thing now (for no real reason) is making you depressed and like all other depressed people you are seeing your own issue (bed breath) as something much bigger then in reality it is, where in a fact it is a nonsense.
Someone has a bed breath, someone doesn't have hair, others have big nose, ears, aren't pretty. Yet some people are missing their legs, hands, some are paralized, fully insane, have cancers, some are dying, some are about to die this or next year...
There is a thing called destiny...and it has to do with the things you and no other human can't control.
By being so negative you are punishing yourself for no real reason whatsoever..and if you continue doing that your depression will be affecting your immune system and then you will be really getting sick.
Life your life bro...enjoy the blessings of it...God gave you this beautiful life...its not nearly as dark as you currently think it is....
You might talk to your doctor about finding someone who practices integrated medicine -- who knows both natural medicine and allopathic medicine. A lot can be done to support the kidneys and liver with plant medicine and amino acid supplementation and dietary changes that won't cure you but might protect you from further harm. But given you have disease states, it would be better if you saw someone who understood both worlds of medicine so you don't further harm yourself taking the wrong things. I'd also consider something pretty hard to do but easy to do as well for the breath problem. Assuming it might be a digestion problem, if you consume wheat and dairy, try cutting them out for a month and see if it helps. Most people have a problem with these foods, ranging from disabling to mildly inflammatory, and it's often the first thing a nutritionist might have you try.
Another possible cause is alcohol consumption.
Kinda wondering about the bad breath being the cause of all this. It's the way we think about things that causes this, though nobody knows why this happens. But have you ever looked into your diet? Bad breath comes often from poor digestion, so it may be something in your diet you haven't looked into. Often eating foods high in chlorophyll, such as spirulina or wheat grass, can help with this, or you can buy liquid chlorophyll. It can also come from bad teeth and gums. It definitely comes from somewhere.
