Wellbutrin and Abilify together weight gain?
i. I have been taking Wellbutrin for the last 3 months with good results, no side effects. I am currently taking 450mg.
My doctor added Buspar last month and I had to come off as I became suicidal and extremely manic.
He added Abilify to my Wellbutrin today for my irritability and moods. It is just 2.5mg for now. I have avoided meds for years for the fear of weight gain. I know for a fact many people say Abilify makes them gain extreme amounts of weight. I was wondering if anyone know about taking the bupropion and abilify would still cause such an increase in weight gain?
I want to get better but it’s so hard to get this phobia of gaining weight out of my head.
