I completely agree with LLF girl, but even if it's more than just depression from boredom a new hobby could help a lot. I suffer from depression and I definitelyyy get that a lot where nothing seems to interest me. So picking up a new hobby can be pretty hard. But once you find something that really interests you, you'll feel great for a while. Personally I like the stuff that's good with relieving stress a bit. I recently started playing Guitar Hero and that puts me in a great mood. Also, if you really can't find something to do or don't have the will to do certain things, watch a movie whether you think you feel like it or not =P It's a great distraction.
Best wishes! (^_^)/~~

Sometimes depression can set in the summer when you are out of school and have nothing to do. I would suggest finding a new hobby or sport that interests you. You may not be clinically depressed, but just bored with the long summer days!
