clinical depression and anxiety
Hi. I know I've been having clinical depression for a very long time, specifically, over 20 years. And I've never been on S.S.R.I, but I've been taking B vitamins and it has worked for me, a little bit. I'm thinking about taking Lexapro and B vitamins at the same time, will I feel a whole lot better?
Anytime you are considering changing or adding to medication, your doctor should be contacted. Vitamins should not affect any medication you are taking so you should be safe. However, always ask your doctor before you make any changes.
