Not necessarily a question.

Does anyone else find it amazing about how so many of our stories have so many similarities?  When I first came to this site and began posting, I was truly amazed and inspired at the same time.  Medhelp was an integral part of me knowing that I was "not alone" in this fight.

Until I began addressing my depression, it was something that I never talked about.  Never... it was mine and all mine, and I just knew that nobody would understand.  How wrong was I?

When I began to feel better, I knew that I wanted to give back.  I wanted to offer encouragement, support, and reassurance.... then I found Med Help. (Coincidence?  I don't know.)

I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks to everyone here.  All have made my life a little better.

Thank you.

"I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks to everyone here.  All have made my life a little better."

RIGHT back atcha!  You do so much, and give such amazing answers here, you touch so many people.

And, I agree completely.  It IS amazing how our stories are so much alike.  I, too, felt the same way when I first discovered so many other people felt the same way I did, and went through the same things I did...in regards to both my panic disorder and depression.  It was a weight lifted.

Giving back feels so good.  It's great to know that we've managed to help people, yet at the same time, it's a unique form of "therapy" for ourselves.  It feels so good to hear that our words have brightened someone's day, or made them think twice about just giving up.  It warms my heart to know that me sometimes just saying "you're not alone" makes a difference in someone's day.  I say that a LOT, because I remember what it was like when others said it to me when I was in a dark place.

Thanks for posting this, brice.  XOXO
