i can see that , i am alot better not great but better iun the summer
The tanning is just enough to counteract seasonal affective disorder (SAD) people who work nights or in buildings are prone to it.
It can cause depression.
Not sure i to kean on tanning ,.
have indeed starte a exercise regime going well so far ,
changing my job not really an option at present ,.
just have a lot of aniexty at moment, and am alone to deal with it most of the time
How do you feel about tanning? Better sleep patterns would help, lack of sleep usually makes a person feel they need to snack more which is not good so try to have healthy snacks available.
Now back to the tanning. If you do this it will be to act as a supplement for your body a couple of minutes a week, IT IS NOT actually for purposes of getting a tan. You work nights so ideally what you want to do if you actually think you might exercise is do it at the gym right after work, get the tan and then go to sleep..
Working nights is not good, make a plan that you get out of that.
You need a healthy wake sleep cycle, you really do. You wont get better without that, there is no surer thing !
Start an exercise plan.

Well, as you haven't really explained what kinda of coping mechanisms you use now, there are a number that anyone could suggest. Exercise is always a good one, and eating well can keep you feeling good, too. Doing something you enjoy, such as art, playing an instrument, or sports can be helpful. Don't keep yourself isolated, go out with friends or even by yourself, as long as you're not sitting around the house.
