Like annie, said, it is more likely that you would experience w/d from the pain medicine (if it is a narcotic) than the Seroquel, although Seroquel can also have a discontinuation syndrome and neither should be stopped abruptly. Your symptoms are pretty text book for opiate w/d. Did the symptoms improve after you took the pain medication? If not, it is obviously the Seroquel.
My advice to you is to call your doctor, explain the insurance issues, he may be able to offer you a short term solution, possibly even samples. If you cannot wait to speak to your doctor, head to an urgent care center or ER. As uncomfortable as w/d symptoms may be, with these two meds, you shouldn't be in any type of immediate danger.
Hope you get your issues resolved soon and get back on track!
i disagree with Anneinside, seroquels just like any major medication may it me anti-depresants and anti-sycotic. They all have their good things and bad things. I have been o serquel for 10 years and find if i do not take it even for one day then for the next day i am suffering from withdrawl bad i can not eat, i sweat, tremble and feel exhusted, maybe seek medical help and explain the symptoms and they will help you out
You are more likely to have withdrawal from pain meds than seroquel.
