...........Ok here it goes........what has happened to the human species.....everyone is alone and isolated.....looking on the bad side...instead of the good.....no one likes themselves......and it shows....I try to help people...instead I get treated like ****....from the family....to friends that turn my goodness around...and want to make me feel bad...I love life....I feel like I truly would be better if I lived in the woods...animals make me feel like I belong...cause people really blows and thats too bad...I'm going to pack my family up and move away from all this madness of MEN....and the freaky women that are like witches...............the war willl NEVER be over.....and people don't go see a shrink....they don't know Jack...I know more than they will ever know.....and they all suck believe me .....DR.s are just in it for the money and not to really help people I should know...been there done that...I talk to God alot....and that really helps more than Another man DR. trying to Tell Me.....What I should do.......NO ....you know being a single mom...is hard...but its so rewarding...and the day hell freezes over will I ever see a Shrink again....fyi people.....find your happy place.....love yourself....and trust in God....but most of all.....open your eyes....your ears.....and your inner Love for Yourself.......god bless the good people.....and bless the wicked people too...peace..........

I hope everyone knows they are never alone.  There are so many of us here who understand and care that you can talk to....either openly or privately. Depression can isolate us and makes us feel alone, I hope knowing that there are others just like you helps.  But do your best to get involved in things you truly enjoy so you can meet like-minded people and make lots of friends.  There are people all around you every day dealing with this...wishing someone would reach out to them as well.  Professional help is best and can do a lot to change this around for you.  We all matter and have a purpose in life...please know this!  Take care.....

Because you have thoughts that things could be different??  You have hopes and dreams that things can be different.

Have you spoken to your family doctor?  Talking to them and perhaps asking for a psychiatric referral could be a good idea.  They could perhaps help you out with identifying issues and helping you to achieve your goals.  This is often with the assistance of a psychotherapist or social worker.

I had significant trust issues and have difficulty relating.  I have found my doctor to be a good support but also talking to a psychologist and working through my issues has helped.

Understanding yourself will enhance your relationships with others.

Not sure if that helps but just want to let you know that there are others out there like yourself.  Interacting on the net can be one small way to help you feel connected while trying to improve your sitaution there.
