It depends if you have felt this way before and how long and when it comes on and if it stops at times. Regardless as you described some physical pain and other issues go to a doctor first. Have them rule out any physical conditions. Then if they suspect you have depression or further psychiatric issues then a visit to a psychiatrist is warranted. And regardless talk therapy could still benefit you. People go to talk therapists who have no disability just to settle issues in their lives. I wouldn't rule out depression but I wouldn't say its definite either but a doctor could do a physical check up and if needed a psychiatrist could look into the rest.
I would really suggest seeing your general doctor first, there are a few things that could cause that. PMDD or Premenstrual dysphoric disorder , which is a very extreme cause of PMS, or possibly thyroid issues can mimic some psychiatric issues. It's best to get some tests done first to rule out any physical ailments. If you are having severe mood swings it may be bipolar in nature, which like most medical conditions can be controlled through meds.
There is no early age to have this, I have PMDD and PCOS (polycystic Ovarian syndrome) which started about about 17 I I also started to get depression and bipolar at age 7, though not common, but it does happen. Mood swings and isolation are symptoms of both depression and bipolar.
To be absolutely sure check with your GP, and at minimum they will send you to the right specialist.
