depression bad
Lately I've had depression bad. I've also been careless with my sexual health and ended up having a bit of risky sex with someone I hardly knew. Now I have symptoms and its making me suicidal. The doctor wants me to take meds but I hate the zombie feeling I get from them.
From what you say you have been on anti depressants in the past. You say they gave you a zombie feeling. I think that is because you were not on one that suited you. I was on an anti depressant for years, in fact I have been on many, but I have not felt like a zombie. Perhaps your doctor could prescribe a different one, that suits you better.
