Itchy lumps on shaft
Last week I have noticed a small itchy bump on my penile shaft.. Now there are 4 more... The 1st one has reduced in size nor is it itchy anymore but the rest are still itchy and probably growing in size when I itch it. I have also noticed these lumps have a tiny dark colored head.

It's important to not scratch, although I'm sure that is ver difficult not to- but you don't want to open yourself to further infection. It's also important that you have a doctor take a look at this- they need to do an exam in person and gather more of your medical history in order to give a diagnosis.
