How can I cure upper lip discolouration?

Over the past few years, there’s been a patch in the middle of my upper lip that gets particularly dry.

There is now a white patch on my upper lip, it feels exactly the same as the rest of the lip but it just discoloured?

Will this cure with time? Will the colour come back? How can I go about treating this?

In order to answer your questions about if it will cure with time, how to treat it, and if the color will come back- you need to get a diagnosis.  Unfortunately, you can't get that online- it requires and in person exam with a doctor that can gather your medical history.  You mentioned it lasted a few years, so it's probably time to go ahead and see what a doctor has to say.  Good luck!
