Always Red Cheeks (with a pic)

(19 YO; Female; 140lbs)

Ever since I was little, I have always had incredibly rosy cheeks. They haven't  gone away, and have always been a similar blushing colour. Exercise and fluctuating temperatures make them much for red for a certain period of time, however, I want to eliminate the fact that they are permanently blushing.

It has always been an insecurity of mine and I want to find  a way to get rid of them. My sibling and mother have  rosy cheeks too.
