red spots on glans
hello, recently noticed these red marks, i feel as though it may be a yeast infection, there is no tenderness or pain or anything, i wouldn't know they were there if i couldn't see them. i am living abroad in a tropical country and recently had tinea on my chin, another fungal infection. any ideas!?
