BUMPS ON HEAD OF PENIS ?? ?

Ive been noticing little bumps on the head of my penis and ive been really itchy around my testicles, thighs and butt for about the last 2 months.
i was prescribed some 1%cortizone cream and have been using it for the last month and im still VERY itchy..
two bumps 1cm in diameter have developed and seem hardened on the head of my penis.. also bigger type bumps on my butt. the bumps on my penis seem slightly hard, dry ,split. and raised... Im VERY concerned.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

I suggest that you cease using the topical cream. Gradually taper down its use. That is ,if you have been using it daily, start using it ever other day ,then three times a week ,then once a week and eventually cease using it all together. Wash the area with a mild cleanser like Cetaphil or Neutrogena. Use warm water to cleanse the area. Apply a light Vitamin E Cream to moisturize the affected skin. Have this assessed by your urologist. Skin scrapings from the bumps may require microscopic evaluation to ascertain if a fungal infection or even scabies  is present. You may need topical antifungal cream for this.

Any significant sexual history associated with this?

Any exposure to someone with fungal or bacterial infections ?
