Hello,
Well, I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend on september 5th a couple of times that day. 3 days later, i saw red spots on my penis, no sores, no white fluid, nothing like that on my penis and the foreskin. I went to the doctor because I was afraid I might have gotten herpes, but he said no and prescribed me Loprox (1% cream top). He told me to use that for a week and it would clear itself out. One week later, I went back and saw another doctor and he told me to continue to use loprox and that sometimes it takes more time and it's definitely not herpes. So I use Loprox for one more week and now I start to feel that my penis has a little burning sensation from time to time. So I go back to the clinic and see a doctor who has worked in STD centers and she says that Loprox might be strong for me and says it's definitely not herpes and that she prescribed me a milder cream called Clotrimaderm. She told me to use that for 2 weeks and then to let it go.
So two weeks passes and the redness is still there. After masturbating (because my girlfriend went overseas for the semester), the redness increases! So I went to another doctor and he said it would inflammed and he prescribed me viaderm-kc ointment (antifungal,antibacterial,anti-inflammation etc.) for 1 week and he said he was pretty sure it would go away, if not, he would give me a paper to go see a dermatologist. So, one week passes and it's not helping at all, even worse. So he said, I don't know what to do so go see a dermatologist.
So last week I went and see a dermatologist and he saw my penis and he prescribed me an iode solution 2 times a day called Proviodine to use 2 times a day and also Ketoderm 2% to use twice a day. He said to take another meeting after xmas. I was kinda pissed thinking about it afterwards because he didn't even ask for a culture or something like that. He told me that if I have sex, i use ketoderm after washing my penis.
I do not really see some major changes. Usually if I masturbate (I almost never do but sometimes u just need to) it gets redder...like irritation or some sort. Pretty weird problem.
I am getting worried, is it supposed to take that long and that much cream to treat a bacterial or fungal infection? Should I use some oral medecine? Is it something I can give to my partner? The weird thing is that if it was fungal or something, i would have contracted this like the same day right? It appeared like 3 days later.
Oh yeah, I have to mention I have been doing the STD exams chlamedia, syphilis, hepatitis etc and it all came back negative. I still haven't done the hiv test, need to wait 3 months I guess.
I joined some pictures!

I don't know if it can be eczema or anything. Would be pretty weird to have developed eczema there for no reason.
Thank you so much,
P.s. Here in Québec it takes about 4 months to go see a dermatologist, I got lucky because the one I saw is a friend of my uncle, he's old and well, if he did not do good things, I will have to wait 3-4 months to see another one.
