Laser on cut skin and same color pimples?
Hello! A couple of months ago, I shaved as I was getting ready to go to my laser treatment session and I'm not sure but I think that I have cut myself or something like that because when the laser would come on that area it would hurt badly. Anyways, later on the spot had a couple of brown pimples about a shade darker than my skin tone and they stayed till this day and I'm not sure what to do about them. I never had any intimate relations with anyone in my whole life, so I can cross out STDs. This is not like acne, nor is it a normal red pimple with some sort of liquids. They don't hurt as well. Can someone tell me what they are? And who's the right doctor or specialist I should see to talk about this?
