Do i have penile cancer?
I have a bump on penis of skin colour.It pinches on touching and a very little sticky white substance comes out on squeezing.I have hairs growing around the bump and also i think i saw a hair coming through the bump.I have a history of pilonidal sinus and have a very hairy skin.The size of the bump has decreased and it has become very plain but still there is something in the bump and it oozes that fluid very little bit on squeezing.Also i have a oily skin and masturbate quite often.Is it penile cancer sign
