Bumps on penis 12 hours after sex

I had unprotected sex with a girl one night, and she has been tested for stds. 12 hours later, the next day i noticed red bumps/rash under my pubic hair, anf also on my penis and head. they have started to go away, its been 3 days, but there are still 2 bumps on the head that appear to be healing. I notice when i go pee, it feels like it continues to drip out a tiny bit when i have my pants on. Also on this third day I feel really achy and i have a cough. I read you cant get herpes that fast after sex (12 hours) so I am wondering what it is because I heard you can get flu symptons on your first outbreak. Please help! thanks

I went to my health services provider at my school and the doctor said it was deff. not hepres because they dont look like it and they are going away a lot faster. He told me a had a little jock itch on my inner thighs and the bumps could be related, also said it could be scabes or a yeast infection. He perscribed me with a 30g tube of Nystatin cream to apply 3 times daily. thanks for the help again!

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub or folliculitis. Also herpes cannot be completely ruled out due to your unprotected intercourse. Such flu like symptoms are common after herpes and they are followed by blisters. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
