Complete Hair fall only on small part of scalp(Hair fall is in round shape)

Hey,

I'm having an complete hair fall on small part of my scalp. The hair fall is in round shape. This issue is existing in my scalp since last three months, before that, my scalp was okay and looks fine..

Please suggest me on this...Do I have to consult with doctor for this? or will it be cured automatically? I just confused..

Hair started to growing on scalp after using the medicine which i mentioned in previous post... I believe, it's not genetic problem, It might caused as you mentioned ********It can be due to alopecia aertea but in males androgenic alopecia or male pattern baldness is an important cause to be ruled out for baldness in the middle of the head.*******

I'll post here the progress regularly.... Could you please check the medicine which I mentioned in previous post and suggest me whether it will cause any side effect or not..... Advance Thanks !

Hello,
It can be due to alopecia aertea but in males androgenic alopecia or male pattern baldness is an important cause to be ruled out for baldness in the middle of the head. It is mainly genetic but sometimes hormonal imbalance like overproduction of dihydrotestosterone and thyroid hormones irregularities also play an important role.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. I'm not sure whether i had Celiac disease or not...How can I predict it? Any easy way for doing it?    

I was consulted with dermatologist and they suggested me to use following medicines,

1. HALOX Lotion --> Morning and Night should apply to affected area in scalp

2. ZEVIT CAP --> one tablet per day at morning

I was started to use these medicine on today onward....

Will these medicine cure my problem in my scalp? Please suggests me,

This is likely alopecia areata.  This can occur with no known cause and its course is unpredictable.  It may resolve on its own.  

I have heard it can be caused by Celiac disease, and if you had Celiac disease and stopped eating gluten, it would grow back.
