Why do you become "blochy" or red after you exercise

It's very normal for this to happen when you exercise- you basically are seeing more blood flow- you are working your muscles which causes them to heat up, the extra blood flow is working to move that heat and get your muscles the oxygen it needs- which results in a red color on your skin.
