Dark Red Itchy Spots On Body (Includes Pictures)

Hi, the last 3 days Ive had dark red itchy spots appearing all over my body.. Everyday im getting more and more and don't really know what to do.I'm the only person i know that has these and I'm a hygienic person so i don't think it's to do with that. Any advice? Will try attach pictures below. P.s didn't ask in dermatology as it wont allow me to ask a question.
