Spots on skin

I have some rash appearing on my skin in various places, such as my forearms, calves, and a few in my torso area, and I cannot figure out why this is occurring. It itches, but not that severely. I am quite certain that they are not bug bites. The only thing I can think of that I have been taking for some lengthy time are antihistamines such as Benadryl for other issues, but I don’t know how this can cause skin problems such as the one I have. Can a detox help in such problems as this? And if so, what can help? And if not, what can be done about this? Here are some pictures of it below:

Have you seen a doctor? You really need to.

Benedryl wouldn't cause this, and if it were an allergic reaction, it would be helping, unless you keep exposing yourself to the allergen. Why are you taking antihistamines?

I don't know where you live, and your pics aren't terribly close up, but I wonder about monekypox.

How long have you had this?

Please see your doctor.
