Weird scaling doesn’t itch not psoriasis

For about six months, I have these areas on all parts of my body in a linear formation. It doesn’t itch it can hurt. Feels like somethings coming out of my skin. It gets white on the end and hard. If I pull on it it comes out as a flat piece of tissue and peels in layers. I have no recent exposures to anything I have had the anthrax vaccination, which is not FDA approved so hard telling. I would appreciate any help. I’m kind of at a loss. It is not psoriasis. My auto immune doctor said it’s not related which I’m not sure. I totally agree because it’s the only thing that really makes sense to me. We’re not sure which auto immune disorder I have yet I’m in testing process. Any help would be very appreciated. I have pictures if anyone out there needs to see them. Thank you in advance.
