Deep red dots, finger pain... Glass? Telangiectasia? Needle prick?

Hi everyone,
So I have three or four sensitive red dots under the skin of my finger in different places, and they feel like splinters or slivers of glass under the skin, but under detailed investigation (I'm a hypochondriac - we will come back to that) there is no opening in the skin at all.

I poked prodded and squeezed these marks thinking they were a splinter etc but all that happened was they kind of balloooned up to what looked and felt like blisters but then have gone back down and are just red and deep down again in the course of 2 days. All of this was very painful and not even a bit of fluid was released, seems very deep. I hadnt had them the night before, so I think if they had been a splinter of sorts, the skin would still be somewhat open or easy to reopen via squeezing.

****Question 1: the thing on the internet that looks the most like what I have is telangiectasia but only 3 or 4 dots between my two fingers. otherwise it looks exactly like that. I have read that telangie's are painless but the ones I have are really sensitive to pressure. What could cause that? I really don't use my hands for much besides typing and general life stuff so I can't imagine it being trauma or anything. Any ideas what they might be?

****Question 2: Here is the fun part - I have a bit of hiv hypochondria based off of surviving a sexual assault, and 12 hours before noticing the dots, I had been in a gay club in Central Europe (anything goes, designated places to do the bone dance, and also do drugs, none of which I partake in) and my main concern is I may have tripped and pricked myself on a discarded syringe on the floor (I've never seen any there but this is my thoughts running wild, I cant remember about 2 hours of the night which is freaking me out, a lot) .
Would a needle prick be visible the next day and would there still be a hole able to squeeze some blood out of 12 hours later? My fingers looked flawless on the surface minus these splinter imposters.

Thanks for all that you do and looking forward to ideas!

Note: the skin is completely flat. no raised bump or anything, just red spots deep down. Thanks!
