Extreme breakout
I have a history of cystic acne, which hasn't bothered me in about 4 years. I am 25 years old.
A couple of days ago, I got a huge breakout of whiteheads - something that I have never experienced before.
I haven't changed any soap, cleansers, detergents, fabric softener, anything.
The zits are all over my chin and sides of my face and on my forehead.
I know I need to see a dermatologist but I wil have to wait until the morning to call and who knows when they will be able to get me in as a new patient.
Please help?

They are only on my face and I haven't been under any additional stress...
I first noticed them on Friday and it has gotten progressively worse. The majority seem to be surrounding my mouth - upper lip, chin and sides of the mouth.

These white heads, do they also occur in other parts of the body?
Aside from acne, other differentials for this will be milia. Milia occur as whitish firm bumps on the face and other parts of the body like the extremities. I suggest that you do not touch this or pop any of these to avoid any infections.
