Fungal Infection

Sir/mam,

I am having fungal infection under scrotum and around areas of it. I started 5-6 yrs before.First of all I used Fluconzole tablet of (Intas) company and Sebifin plus (cream). I took it for around 3 yrs.It worked for sometime but after that its effect gone null. After that i went to doctor and she prescribed me Syntran (Itraconazole ) (Glenmark) 100 mg 4 capsules in a day and serakon (Wockhardt) cream to apply on infected area. For the first 1 month i took it on regular basis.I improved and it cured the disease but after few months it appeared again on the same area. After that i did the same thing and it got cured. But now this time it appeared again. Now i am went to doctor and he prescribed me the following:
terbicip Tablets (Terbinafine) (Cipla) ..One in a day
Fluconzole AF-300 (systoric laboratories pvt. ltd). ..One in a week.
Dexchlorpheniramine maleate tablet (geodex) ..twice in a week.
Canist Dusting powder (Geolife Sciences) ... Using in morning only
Mycon Bar (soap for Infected area) (Geolife sciences)..
Zolefung cream (Clotrimazole) and Amorolfine (Livafin) ..I am using mixture of both  while applying it to infected area once in a day (most probably in night).

I want to ask Is this prescription okay??? As i am having it for long time will it effect my health in long term?
If you can prescribe me best medicine then please suggest. As it comes again and again would it be cured permanently  or i have to take medicine for the whole life???
