What could cause non itchy red dots with white halos around them on my feet?

I have red dots that don’t itch and are not bumpy. They are only located on top of my feet.

Red dots can come from a lot of things (keratosis pilaris, diabetes, bug bites, allergies, etc) - it's important to take into account their appearance, the area they cover, and your medical history- a doctor can give you an in person exam and take all that into consideration (which we can't really do that here).
Give your doctor a call and have them check them out- let us know how you are doing!
