Non-itchy, non-bumpy, not painful red rash on my cheek?
Yesterday morning, a red rash appeared on my cheek. It’s not bumpy-swollen-itchy at all. What could this be?
You are saying you have red spots on your cheek. Not raised or itchy? Petechia can appear like flat red spots on skin and don't itch. Might be in clusters. It's bleeding under the skin.
