Glans penis problems

Hi,

I am coming to this site for help, as I feel I have nowhere else to turn too. I will give thestory.

Almost a year ago I had a blister/pimple type lesion on the shaft of penis. I went to the doctors who std for all common line-up and swabs/cultures aswell and was negative. I believed it was molluscum contagiosum a single lesion but Dr diregarded my input. I ended up popping this lesion an a white cheesy/chalky substance came out and lesion went away.

Shortly after, like no more than a 3 weeks, I began to see faint cracks and lines in my glans penis. I ignored it. Then shortly after this like a week or two my glans began to show more of these cracks and have red blotchy type scales, and elevated pimple type lesions. The worse areas  being the underside of corona. I went to Dr who said it was nothing and normal but i demanded to go to dermatologist. Dermatologist confirmed normal.

However I know this is not normal as I am 25 and not an idiot. I am 100% sure I would have noticed something earlier in life than now. I have also narrowed it down to I have more of a problem after sex or masturabation. The rash and pimple/papules are more pronouced. In the mean time I have had multiple std checks and all is fine. I have all sorts of theories of what is may be but none of this rally stack up. One of those being just plain old irritation or petiache but I find it hard to believe that it can last so long. Even if I just get an erection it can pop up. The rash is pretty much permanent, the only thing that does settle it and I am careful to use a bit is Hydrozole cream. But I cannot use a cream forever.

I would like to get your opinion on what you think it is and what it could be,  and if there is any relation possibly with my first symptoms of molluscum contagiosum and this?, as honestly Doctors just ingnore my thoughts and say normal. It is getting bad as  have refrained from sex as honstly embarrassed and know that any uneducatd girl that looks at my penis will think there is something wrong as well as considering never getting married or having children because of it. I dont know why the doctors keep saying normal when I have been multiple times. You would think they would start to think something is wrong when all I come into the office is for that.

I really need your help, Dr Rockoff

Regards

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms chafing, rash due to friction rub, dermatitis and eczema skin need to be ruled out. Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema.
Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

sorry, I should also mention that sometimes the rash is worse and like I said after an erection you can see like blood blisters in the skin. Like blood underneath skin. I dont know if this blood vessels leaking I dont know, but yeah my glans is not doing to good that is all I know.
