Hello,
Glomus tumor which is found rarely is a benign growth that occurs under the fingernails usually and tympanic membrane. They are painful and may be solitary or multiple. Diagnosed by external examination and biopsy of the skin showing atypical cells. Treatment includes surgical excision and radiotherapy.
Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Warm regards.
I am not a doctor, but a patience who had her GT removed about a month ago?
Is the nail pain cold sensitive? and for how long you've had it?
