MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Research suggests that glutathione taken orally is not well absorbed across the gastrointestinal tract. You should take it under medical supervision. The usual dose of glutathione for antioxidant purpose is 10 mg per kg of body weight. Hence it can be approximately 750 mg per day. But should be taken after your doctor’s prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
