Tiny brown spot on penis foreskin help please
hello all, about a week ago i noticed a small brown spot on my penis foreskin. It doesn't seem to be raised, its not sore, not itchy, the skin doesnt seem scaly but the appearance bothers me. I am scared that it is some sort of cancerous melanoma or possibly an std. Ive attached a few images below any help as to what it might be is highly appreciated.
