How do i make these bumps go away?

i have had rough bumpy skin on my legs and buttocks for the past two years. Shaving doesnt affect it or make it worse but no matter how much lotion or exfoliation i do i never have smooth skin. please help. Its white bumpy raised skin almost like keratosis pilaris but im not sure. do i use glycolic body wash?

How are things going?  Did you get an appointment with your doctor to have them check out your concerns?

It's best if you go to your doctor and have them take a look- they need much more of your medical history and to do an in person exam in order to tell you what the cause is and to assist you with any possible treatments.
