How can I get rid of sores on my face?
I used a moisturizer on my facial hair areas because I was getting dry skin under my hair, I left it on for a day and then washed it off the next day. I then got these sores that have pus coming out of them, almost like pustules but open and some are bigger, I took Benadryl and have been washing it twice daily but they haven’t gotten better after two days, what should I be doing?
