How do I pop it if it's mean since it's a cyst
I tried to pop it and it won't even pop for me

For a cyst, I wouldn't recommend try to pop it- that needs to be done with extreme care or it will end up infected and you will be much worse off. Head into your doctor or local clinic to have them take a look and lance it if needed.
