Tiny surface lump & more?

I have a diagnoses of severe general and social anxiety, and fibromyalgia, and just over a year ago had impetigo which has caused ongoing issues. I've had a number of health concerns for over a year now. I had chronic neck pain for over a year and a half before finally getting doctor who did something about it. The "solution" is 10 mg of amitriptaline each night before bed, though I'm still sore at times. It's been a long time since I've had what I would consider normal energy levels, and my blood work results flagged low red blood cell count, and low levels of alkaline phosphotase, but they're not low enough for my doctor to be concerned (?). Lately I've had this pain in my feet, much worse in one than the other. It happens mostly at night, and sometimes in the morning, and in one heel it feels like I've been balancing on a thing post for a very long time. It's really painful in the one heel, but luckily only lasts maybe a minute before it starts to ease off and mostly disappears. I also noticed a lump on the surface of one arm pit about 6 months ago, and it hasn't gone away. I keep forgetting to mention it to my doctor. I'm generally sore all over, fight nausea regularly, but we're always assumed it was my anxiety. I'm not so sure after doing a bunch of reading, as I also have to have THC atleast every two weeks or I develop an inability to swallow food without a lot of effort, and effort to keep it down for about half an hour after. Recently I also noticed a lump in my abdomen, there a few normal ones here and there but this one is a bit bigger and lower than the others. Any advice would greatly appreciated, I recently missed my doctors appointment when I fell asleep by accident, but am not looking forward to seeing her because I feel like she thinks I worry no reason and she doesnt take me seriously. Is it possible the amitriptaline is treating symptoms of a bigger a problem that would link my neck pain, dysphagia, nausea, heel pain, abdomen lump, and armpit surface lump all to one thing?
