I have a bumpy skin in my elbows and other part of my body

I have a skin condition that makes my life a living hell, I cant wear dresses I like because of it. I have this bumpy skin in my elbows and in other part of my body like the upper part of my feet and my knees and its itchy sometimes. I already consult a doctor twice and they said it is eczema and give me ointment (Tricort Cream). In my second check-up it is another doctor and she gave me "Gentamycin Cream and Floucinolone Acetonide Cream). At first it help me, but when the creams are all gone, the bump on my skin come again and it frustrate me! Right now im using cethapil lotion and I dont use soap when I take a bath. What should I do?

What type of laundry soap do you use?  Have you tried making sure any soaps on your clothing or that you use are fragrance free?  Also, have you looked into causes with your diet?  You can keep a journal and log what types of things you are eating- when this seems to get better and worse and try to look for something you are eating/doing/exposing yourself to that could be making it worse. Vaseline is also something that sometimes works to help.
