I have a crater-like bump/ring on my foreskin?
I have sort of a ring on my foreskin that is empty in the center, when I am erect this ring turns sort of into a bump and still has the empty center. There is no irritation or pain. I have had no form of any sexual contact with anyone ever so STD's are out of the question. I have no idea what this is, could anyone explain?
