I was a little worried since I looked up petechiae on the web which was a really bad idea and it looked nothing like what I've seen. Mine are very small and a few are only visible since I am fair skinned.

These tiny dots are most probably broken blood capillaries. These are known as petechiae. They occur as a result of physical trauma, allergic reaction or as a side effect of medications like aspirin. I would advise you to relax as you seem to be in perfect health, just protect your skin from trauma.Take care!
additional things I would like to add are, My urine is always clear no discoloration since I drink tons of water and my stools aren't black or dark but the typical brown. I talked to my sister who is a molecular biologist and she was telling me when you work out and run your body is trying to release the heat in which case causes these capularies to break?
She said she gets and has them and I have nothing to worry about since I have no symptoms of a fever or anything drastic like weakness.
I would feel better if I had a professional dermatologist opinion.
