Halox Lotion - side effects

I have been helping my husband in application of Halox Lotion on his scalp for psoriasis problem.
But as soon as this lotion comes in contact with my skin it leaves my skin very dry and cut ... which leads to itching and burning ...  the condition stays very bad for few days till i stop using the lotion and my normal skin is retained only after 2 weeks or so ....
Is it Halox Lotion for normal skin ?? what are other side effects of this medicine ..??

This is a psoriasis patient.And whatever you have experienced that, the same was happened to my wife also.

Hello,
It looks like irritant contact dermatitis to the lotion. Wear gloves while applying this lotion. The treatments of this condition are application of topical corticosteroids (betamethasone, clobatesol, flucinolone) which will reduce the inflammatory process. Topical immunomodulators like pimecrolimus and tacrolimus can be used in severe conditions.
