Why won’t this pimple on my areola go away?

Ok so I have a couple whiteheads on my nipples that have been there, in the same place for as long as I can remember. I pop them often, whenever I wash I pop them and they are just like whiteheads, yet they haven’t gone away in years. I have no clue why it’s now that I’m realizing that this isn’t normal but should I be concerned and just live with nipple whiteheads my whole life??

Do they hurt or itch?  It's very normal to have bumps on your areola- it may be something called montgomery tubercles- which are small bumps that secrete oil.  They aren't meant to be gotten rid of, and are just part of your body.

They don’t icth or anything. Thank you though! I was worried if it was something to be looked at or potentially dangerous haha
