Need help identifying spots/rash

Okay, so I have had these spots or rash or whatever you want to call it for a few years now. I am not sure when they started, I just now they will not go away. Sometimes they are very faint, such as winter. And other times they are very visible, such as now, in the summer. I was given an antibiotic pill and some shampoo/body soap a few years back, but it didn't really do much. I will attach a picture because I am not sure how to describe it. The spots do not itch at all, I usually forget they are there. Any help, especially a name and/or treatments would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much. I believe you are correct. I remember my Dr. saying something about yeast and everyone being susceptible to whatever I had. It's just worse this year, probably cause I am training for a marathon. Thank you so much.

This looks like tinea versicolor to me.  Tough to treat if that's what it is, but harmless. I know some people who contracted it from suntanning booths.  Some people use anti-fungal creams but I don't know how successfully.
