What is causing my entire body to be itchy without rash?

Hello,

I have suffered with many rashes over the years and I also have psoriasis outbreaks, but the past three months I have been suffering with a wide spread pinchy itch with crawling sensations on my head face too many other areas to mention. I guess you could say this itchiness is affecting my whole body!  When the itching is bad, some of the itches would escalate to "pangs" that felt like something biting me under my skin, these could make me jump, want to yell, and rush to itch the area, which would instantly make them subside. There is also a third feeling, something like a general burn/tingle or feeling of inflammation under the skin, and a 4th feeling, that is a crawling sensation, similar to what you feel when a very small insect is on you. I have tried creams and allergy medications, but nothing is helping. I feel like I can't take this constant crawling sensations and scratching any longer! It's truly maddening. I'm not sure what to do next. I have to wait two months for a dermatologist appointment! I'm wondering could this be some sort os parasite? Help!!
