Small, brown-ish or colourless boils.

I have these since about one week and a half. They are on the palm and ocasionally between the fingers, and are very small and dense, with a very small brown head, similar to freckles, but also some without any "head" at all. I don't feel anything unusual, like they don't itch me nor hurt me at all, I'm just a little bit concerned because they look contagious and don't seem like they would stop. They didn't spread rapidly but more like sure and slow in this week. I accidentally hit an object with the hand right on them, and a small area turned red, like a bruise, it just looks like the skin is way more sensible and prone to damage in that area.

TIA!
