What to do when you have touched someone's wart?

I accidentally touched one of my grandma's wart located on her arm and now i dont know what to do. I did wash my hand after finding out but im kinda curious aren't there any medical procedures to follow when touching someone's wart? What is the chance that a wart will appear on my finger? And since i touched a wart, will it spread if i were to touch other body parts like my face with that finger?

Hey there.  So, you posted this in std's but this has nothing to do with std's.  Genital warts are not going to be on Grandma's arm. Warts can be a bit contagious. Wash your hands. https://www.healthline.com/health/are-warts-contagious#prevention  Use soap and water and wash your hand. But in general, doubtful anything will come from this.

Yes sorry for posting on std's but since the hpv forum is closed i have to post it here. So in conclusion, it is ok to just go through my daily hygiene activities like washing my face or taking a bath right?
