break out of bumps

I have been diagnosed with herpes and now i break out in a rash evey night on my neck my but my thighs and they dis appear with in a hour. They return in a different area in the morning like my arm or my leg calf. They look like a bit bigger than meesle then they disappear. Has any one else experienced this sort of out break some times they look like insect bits on my neck!

Yes I be bin using a cream call Michell Marie, but I'm thinking something I eat breaks out my skin a lot...I just don't know what it is!! Would like to send u a pic if anything

have you used anything different as far as soaps or facial cleaners?

Well I'm experiencing break out on my face which is irritating.... Black heads and bumps are appearing out of nowhere!! I would like to know what I can use to get rid of it
