Rash that looks like scratches

I have a rash that looks like scratches and keeps spreading. Itches sometimes but not always. What is it?

Bartonella is a coinfections of lyme disease and produces scratch like rashes that come and go. I never knew I had lyme or Bartonella but this rash popped up after I took some herbal cleansing products from my health store. The herbals can be used to treat lyme and sometimes, often, treating it causes it to get worse before it gets better. Hence the scrath rash. It can also produce stretch mark rashes. Most docs don't know enough about lyme and coinfections. Try to find a Lyme doc....an LLMD.
