I have to say, the Clotrimazole Hydrocortisone cream seems to be reducing the symptoms.
Around the prepuce & frenulum there is a noticeable difference now.
The glans still has the discolouration, but it's not as prominent.
This is with 2 weeks use of the cream.

These symptoms can be due to balanoposthitis by a fungal infection other than lichen sclerosus. First of all, you need to get the diagnosis confirmed from your doctor and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done to find out whether it is fungal infection.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
